Kolb Grading was chosen by McBride Duello, LLC to handle grading and utility installation at Wyndstone, a residential development in Lake St. Louis, Missouri. The work included clearing, grubbing, and chipping more than 60 acres, 311,600 cubic yards of unclassified excavation, and rock excavation, along with slope drains tied to a cast-in-place structure and a triple-row 11’ x 9’ box culvert. Kolb also installed over 200 feet of casing pipe for water and sanitary lines and maintained erosion control, dust control, and street cleaning throughout.
